How to log into the HCN Website

The Harvard Club of Naples website contains privileged information. For security purposes, alumni, students and guests must login to the HCN site. After the first login, this is a very simple procedure that will take less than 10 seconds.

Please follow these simple steps to login and reset your password:  

 

Step 1:  The login function is available using the sign in link at the top of the website:  https://hcnaples.clubs.harvard.edu/user.html?op=login. 

Step 2: Enter in your email address and password.

If this is your first time coming to the site and/or you do not have a password, you can create/reset your password at https://hcnaples.clubs.harvard.edu/user.html?op=ru.  A  new temporary password will be emailed to you.

The message should arrive at your mailbox within minutes. There is a chance that the password assistance email was caught by a spam or bulk mail filter in your email system. Try checking your Spam or Bulk Mail folders to see if the email ended up in there. If you cannot find the message, please contact the Webmaster. 

Step 3: Once your username and password have been correctly entered, you should now be signed in.

You will notice that the text "Sign Out" will appear above the banner of the website. You may now use the full capabilities of the site.

To check your membership status, click the ‘My Account” link at the top of the website. https://hcnaples.clubs.harvard.edu/myaccount.html

 

Step 4:  Reset your password (using more than 8 characters).

Click on "My Account" and then "Change Password."

  Step 5:  Choose a password that you can remember.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If you have logged in before but forgot your password, please click on the "Forgot Your PIN/Password?" link to retrieve your lost password. A new temporary password will be emailed to you.

  • If you receive this error message when you attempt to reset your password:
    Authentication Error
    Error code 201
    The email/password combination you have entered does not match.
    Please check your records and try again.

    We either don’t have that email address on file or you do not have a record in our system. You can still register for the site by clicking on "New User?" to register. Registration is free.: https://hcnaples.clubs.harvard.edu/user.html.

  • We have record for all known Alumni in the Naples area.  Even if you have never visited the site before – we probably have an email address for you. You should first try to reset your password before creating a new account.
  • We suggest that signing in is always the first thing you do when you come to the harvardclubofnaples.com site. It only takes a few seconds, and it will ensure you have full access to the site from the very beginning of your visit.
