Greetings from President Peggy Lamb
Dear Harvard Club Members,
Hello and welcome! The Harvard Club of Naples is thrilled to welcome you back for an exciting new season.
I’m Peggy Lamb, and it’s my great privilege to serve as President of the Club. We have a calendar of fun and engaging events and multiple programs focused on giving back to the community. We hope you will join us!
This year, we’re excited to announce that, in addition to hosting our own Harvard Club events, we are joining forces with other Ivy League schools to expand our network and create even more fantastic joint events!
We welcome your participation in all our events from simply attending to giving input to leading or hosting events to serving on one of our many philanthropic committees. You can join the Club and sign up for our activities on this page.
I also want to thank you for your continued generosity in supporting the Club’s many charitable endeavors. The Club sponsors Community Service Fellowships and Internships with local not-for-profit groups for current Harvard students from SW Florida. The Club’s Schools Committee interviews Harvard applicants from Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Glades and Hendry Counties. Our Schools and Education Fund contributes to the financial aid awarded to undergraduates at Harvard College from the counties we serve. The Fund also provides the Harvard Prize books awarded to outstanding juniors at local high schools. Additionally, the Fund enables local school principals and nonprofit CEOs to attend summer executive education programs at Harvard Business School as well as the Graduate School of Education and the Kennedy School.
We have an outstanding group of Officers and Directors who are working hard to make all of this happen while bringing you stimulating events and educational opportunities. All of us welcome you and encourage you to join us. We look forward to meeting you at one of our upcoming events!
Cheers to an exciting season ahead!
Sincerely,
Peggy Lamb MBA ‘90
President, Harvard Club of Naples
