Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida

Join us for a tour of the facility, presentation by the President & CEO (Richard LeBer MBA '86 & HCN Board Member), and a volunteer activity at the facility.

11:30am - 2pm on Tuesday, November 9, 2021

Harry Chapin Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief nonprofit and the only Feeding America member in Southwest Florida, serving Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry and Lee counties. They rescue and distribute donated food and other grocery products through food distribution programs, including Care and Share Senior Feeding Program, Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), Harry’s Helpings, Fulfill Mobile Pantry Program, In-School Pantry Program and Partner Agency Program, which is a network of more than 150 partner agencies that feed people who are hungry throughout a five-county footprint. Through various programs, they feed more than a quarter of a million people who are hungry each month!

Join your fellow Harvard Club members as we come together for a tour of the facility, presentation by the President & CEO, and have the opportunity to engage in a volunteer activity at the facility.
