Notice of Special Meeting

 

A Special Meeting of the members of The Harvard Club of Naples will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, virtually via Zoom beginning at 4:00 PM for the following purposes:

 

1. Vote on the following proposed amendment of the first paragraph of Article VI of the Club’s Bylaws permitting the Board to elect up to three (3) additional Directors in its discretion at any time. The Board of Directors has authorized this amendment for submission to the members and encourages members to vote in favor of the amendment.
