Harvard Club Update - December 2024
As holiday cheer fills the air, I’m thrilled to share some truly exciting events we have lined up to make the start of your new year unforgettable!
Our biggest event of the year is just around the corner. Mark your calendars for January 9th, 6–8 PM, as the legendary Harvard Din and Tonics take the stage at Moorings Presbyterian Church Moss Hall. With their impeccable musicality, snappy choreography, and delightful humor, this promises to be an evening to remember. Join us for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres beforehand to mingle and kick off the night in style. Tickets are going fast, so visit the Harvard Club of Naples website today to secure yours!
And that’s just the beginning:
We’re also proud of our ongoing philanthropic initiatives, from local non-profit scholarships and Harvard student interviews to community service fellowships. Your support truly makes a difference, and we thank you for your generosity.
Whether you’re attending events, sharing your ideas, hosting gatherings, or serving on a philanthropic committee, there’s a place for everyone in the Harvard Club of Naples. Visit our website to explore our events, join the Club, and get involved.
Cheers to a vibrant, enriching season ahead; we can’t wait to see you there!
Warm regards,
Peggy Lamb

And that’s just the beginning:
- January 25th – For our Lee County members (and adventurous travelers!), enjoy dinner and a performance of “Lucky Stiff” at the historic Arcade Theater in Fort Myers.
- February 13th – Join us and other Ivy alumni for an inspiring guided tour of the Harry Chapin Food Bank, where you’ll witness firsthand the extraordinary effort it takes to feed 250,000 people every month. We will have a bus from Naples to the food bank.
- February 18th – Experience an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Naples Zoo, co-hosted by President Jack Mulvena and Conservation Director Tim Tetzlaff. Learn about their incredible conservation efforts and how we can make a global impact together.
- March 11th – Immerse yourself in the world of art with a private guided tour of the Matisse Exhibit at the Naples Art Institute. Executive Director Frank Verpoorten will personally lead us through this masterpiece-filled event.
- March 24th – Be inspired by Sheri Cunningham, Head of AI Platform and Infrastructure Services at Google Cloud, as she shares the latest in artificial intelligence advancements and a glimpse into the future of technology. Light bites and libations will be served ahead of the speech at the Moorings Park Original Campus in Naples.
