End-of-Season Update & a Sneak Peek at What’s Next! |
Hello everyone! I hope your summer is off to a sunny and relaxing start! While we’re officially on ‘summer break’ from our regular programming, behind the scenes we’re buzzing with excitement as we plan another incredible season of events for next year — and we can’t wait to share it all with you! But don’t think we’re going quiet for the whole summer… Mark your calendar for August 21st at 4 PM — we’re gathering for Summer Cocktails at Yard House! It’s a great way to reconnect, cool off, and catch up. Be sure to sign up on the website and come join the fun! |
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming this season: |
November |
We kick things off with a fabulous All-Ivy Welcome Back event at the Mini Bar in downtown Naples — a great chance to meet new faces and reunite with familiar ones. Plus, our ever-popular Dinner Series begins — casual, social evenings at some of Naples’ best spots. |
December |
Get into the holiday spirit with Lights in the Garden, a sparkling seasonal tradition that never disappoints—details to come. |
January |
The new year starts strong with a heartwarming tour of Golden Paws, where we’ll meet the incredible service dogs and learn about their life-changing work. Then buckle up for a Swamp Buggy adventure at Corkscrew Sanctuary — a wild and unforgettable ride! |
February |
It’s time for some Croquet & Cocktails! Learn a few swings, sip a few drinks, and enjoy some laughs on the lawn. We’ll also lend a hand with a Club Service Day at Harry Chapin Food Bank — a meaningful way to give back and connect. |
March |
We’ve secured group tickets to The Importance of Being Earnest at Gulfshore Playhouse — and yes, a Red Sox spring training outing is also in the works! We'll also be celebrating International Women's Day with an early morning coffee. |
April |
As our seasonal members head off for the summer, we’ll wrap up with a farewell gathering to toast a wonderful season together. Details to come. |
|
In addition to all these fantastic events, we’ll continue our charitable efforts, including support for the Schools Committee and our Non-Profit Education Scholarship Fund. A huge thank-you to our incredible team of officers, committee heads, and volunteers — your time, energy, and enthusiasm make it all possible! Want to get more involved? We’re looking for a few new helping hands for events and finance — if you’re interested, we’d love to hear from you. Wishing you a wonderful summer full of sunshine and good times — We can't wait to see you soon! Peggy Lamb President, Harvard Club of Naples |
